Howard County is fortunate to have a variety of stakeholders dedicated to providing financial education, counseling and support programs. • Fosters dialogue and cooperation between stakeholders and service providers.
• Develops awareness around the need for financial literacy and ensures that Howard Countians have access to high-quality resources and services.
• Hosts a county-focused electronic resource highlighting local  financial education services and events
• Identifies gaps in services in Howard County and provides a forum to generate solutions to close these gaps.
• Encourages and promotes the need for employers to offer financial literacy in the workplace.
• Share and support financial literacy events and activities in Howard
• Advises community organizations and institutions seeking to implement or expand financial education programs for their clients and citizens of Howard County.
