Michelle B. Glassburn, President

Michelle has served as President of makingCHANGE - A Financial Wellness Center since 2007. She holds an M.B.A. from Johns Hopkins University and has spent a decade developing and delivering financial education programs for online, print and classroom-based programs. Now, by leveraging relationships with a network of local financial educators, counselors and human service agencies, Glassburn is focused on raising the bar on financial literacy in Howard County by coordinating a set of wrap-around financial education services available to everyone in the community.

 

Kari L. Staddon, Asst. Dir. Program Dev. & Outreach   

Kari has been working part-time with makingCHANGE since October 2010 as the Assistant Director, Program Development and Outreach. Her prior work experience includes commercial banking, executive search and development. She holds an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from the University of MD, College Park and a B.S. in Business Administration from West Virginia University.

 

Kimberly O. Genovese, Accountant

Kimberly has been a part-time accountant with makingCHANGE since 2002.  Formerly, she was a C.P.A. at Peacock, Condron, and Anderson (now UHY, LLC) and specialized in performing financial audits for non-profit organizations.  She holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in Mathematics from Virginia Tech.
